Perhaps you already operate manufacturing software for your production floor equipment, but struggle to convert modern or unsupported CAD file formats. Unisoft can import virtually any CAD format and export a standard file for your existing manufacturing software. Output formats include GENCAD, Fabmaster, ipcd356, ipc-2581, ipc2581, Mentor Graphics, PADS .ASC, etc. For instance, Unisoft can import virtually any CAD file format and export to Teradyne/Genrad D2B Alchemist or Fabmaster Test Expert software. We can provide this software for your use or can perform the conversion service for you and return the correct files (multiple PCB projects may be required, restrictions may apply).

Unisoft provides professional in-house CAD and GERBER translation services. We convert your CAD, Gerber, and BOM files into the appropriate formats that expedite the setup of your manufacturing equipment. Additionally, we offer CAD to CAD conversion services. Please note that some projects may require multiple PCBs, and certain restrictions may apply.
Encountering unique challenges? For instance: You don't possess the original CAD files for your project. You only have the Gerber Files and a BOM (Bill Of Materials). You need to program production tools such as Automatic Assembly Equipment, AOI Inspection Equipment, or ATE Test Equipment (Flying Probe, In-Circuit, or MDA) and you're unsure where to turn - our software can assist by translating your Gerber files and BOM, generating a Gerber to Netlist, and producing the required X/Y data.
